ASC is the initiative of eight likeminded young practitioners, to bring about a change in social culture, support low income segment and increase the livelihood opportunities for the people in north eastern region of the country. The organization at present is engaged in a number of activities that are clearly demarcated and collectively aims to provide social and economic security to the farming, allied and non-farming community of the adjacent areas. ASC is formally registered in the year 2001 under Society Registration Act 1860 XXI vide Registration No. RS/GOAL/125/B/26 of 2001-02.
